An early childhood education group headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA, operating 20 campuses serving preschool children aged 0–6. Its core philosophy for kindergarten operation is "Safety, Professionalism and Care". Each campus features a reception lobby, classrooms, activity rooms and outdoor playgrounds. Daily management involves extensive public notice posting and home-school communication.

Challenges Faced by the Client

Information management in kindergartens differs from that of other organizations: information must be clearly communicated to parents and teachers while safeguarding children’s safety. The group encountered the following problems with its original notice posting method:

Messy paper notices – various announcements, schedules, menus and activity plans were pinned or taped up, creating clutter and damaging the overall campus image.
Inflexible updates – daily menus, duty rosters and special reminders changed frequently, requiring constant paper replacement and heavy labor input.
Lack of unified standards – the 20 campuses operated independently with bulletin boards of varying sizes, positions and styles, making standardized headquarters management difficult.

After receiving the client’s inquiry, Vwin thoroughly studied the kindergarten’s notice posting scenarios and safety requirements, and recommended a magnetic whiteboard product package:

For product specifications, Vwin offered two sizes tailored to different areas:

Main Information Board for Reception Lobby: 90×120cm, wall-mounted. Used to display public information such as daily menus, class schedules and teacher duty rosters; the upper section reserves space for temporary notices and friendly reminders.
Parent Communication Board Outside Classrooms: 60×90cm, wall-mounted. Used to display class rosters and authorized pickup contact information.

All whiteboards adopt galvanized steel back panels with strong magnetic force to securely hold photos, certificates, notices and other paper documents. The frames feature rounded aluminum alloy profiles with no sharp edges or burrs to ensure safety in children’s activity zones.

In addition, Vwin provided supporting accessories including 50 magnetic fasteners per set, whiteboard markers and erasers for a one-stop package.

Delivery & Services

After sample confirmation, Vwin completed mass production within 20 working days.

20 campuses × 34 boards per campus (1 lobby board + 1 board outside each classroom), totaling 65 magnetic whiteboards.

Each whiteboard was printed individually with the campus name and number to facilitate unified management and inspection tracking.

Fixed daily update fields (Date, Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Special Reminders, etc.) were printed at the bottom of each board, so campuses only needed to fill in specific content.

Products were shipped by sea to the Port of Miami on CIF terms, with Vwin fully responsible for insurance and transportation.

Results

All 65 magnetic whiteboards were installed and put into use within 4 weeks.
