Client Profile
A London‑headquartered kindergarten education group operating a chain of 28 campuses across major cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol. It serves pre‑school children aged 0‑5, underpinned by its educational philosophy of "home‑kindergarten co‑education and transparent communication". Each campus features parent reception areas, classroom corridors and common activity zones, which require substantial information posting and home‑school communication materials for day‑to‑day operations.
Challenges Faced by the Client
- Inconsistent display solutions: Each of the 28 campuses purchased bulletin boards independently, resulting in diverse specifications, colours and materials. Some used cork boards, some plastic panels, and others simply taped papers directly onto walls. This created highly inconsistent visual outcomes during headquarters campus inspections.
- Prone to damage and ageing: Conventional cork boards feature low‑density fragile surfaces. Repeated pin insertion and removal left holes and frayed edges; boards looked worn out within less than one year and harmed the overall kindergarten image.
- Inconvenient information updates: Weekly menus, activity announcements and children’s growth records needed frequent replacement. Standard bulletin boards lacked segmented layouts, forcing parents to spend extra time locating information.
- Potential safety hazards: Bulletin boards at certain campuses had sharp frame corners that posed collision risks for children; exposed pushpins created risks of accidental contact by young kids.
- No benchmark for headquarters inspections: During campus visits by the Group’s Education Director, bulletin boards varied widely in tidiness and information completeness across sites, making uniform evaluation impossible.

Regarding product specifications, Vwin offered two sizes to fit different campus zones:
- Main bulletin board for parent reception areas: 120×180 cm, wall‑mounted. Used for core content such as weekly menus, monthly activity calendars, campus notices and parent‑committee updates.
- Growth‑record boards for classroom corridors: 90×120 cm, wall‑mounted. Designed to showcase personalised content including children’s drawings, growth photos and learning outputs from each class.
Both bulletin‑board models adopt high‑density natural cork panels paired with eco‑friendly EVA backboards, with an overall thickness of 12 mm. The smooth, textured surface delivers appropriate pin‑insertion force and good resilience. Frames are constructed from rounded‑corner aluminium alloy with arc‑polished corners to meet kindergarten safety standards. Each board is divided into fixed‑information sections and flexible display zones.
Supporting accessories including 50 safety magnetic pins per board and decorative border strips are supplied for a one‑stop solution.
Delivery and Services
After sample confirmation, Vwin completed mass production within 20 working days.
Total quantity: 28 campuses × 34 boards per campus = 96 custom‑made cork bulletin boards.
Each board is individually printed with its campus name and ID number to facilitate headquarters asset management and campus‑visit tracking.
The Group logo and segmented section headers (Weekly Menu, Activity Notices, Parent Notifications, Children’s Artwork) are permanently printed on the top of each board. Campuses only need to swap out content without additional layout design work.
Goods were shipped by sea to Felixstowe Port, London on CIF terms, with Vwin taking full responsibility for insurance and transportation.
Project Outcomes
All 96 cork bulletin boards were installed and put into service within four weeks.
Key metrics from the Group’s brand‑consistency audit conducted six months after implementation:
- Standardisation rate of campus bulletin boards rose from 43 % to 100 %.
- Parent satisfaction scores for information access increased from 3.6 to 4.7.
- Annual replacement costs for damaged bulletin boards dropped by approximately 85 %.
- Zero safety incidents linked to bulletin‑board frames or pins.
Average bulletin‑board management scores during campus inspections by the Group Education Director improved from 67 to 96.
The group has added cork bulletin boards to the mandatory procurement list for all new campuses and plans to expand purchases to mobile‑stand whiteboards and magnetic whiteboards in 2026, with Vwin continuing as the supplier.
