Who Is the Client?
A large corporate training centre headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, affiliated with a multinational financial‑services group. In terms of product specifications, Vwin offered two sizes to fit training rooms of different scales:
- Main configuration for standard training rooms: 120 × 180 cm double‑sided magnetic whiteboard with heavy‑duty H‑shaped metal stand, suitable for standard training rooms holding 15‑30 participants.
- Configuration for small seminar rooms: 90 × 150 cm double‑sided magnetic whiteboard with lightweight mobile stand, suitable for group seminar rooms holding 6‑12 participants.
Both whiteboard models feature premium galvanised‑steel panels supporting both magnetic attachment and dry‑erase writing with zero residual marks. Stands are constructed from heavy‑gauge cold‑rolled steel with electrostatic‑sprayed finishes for rust and corrosion resistance. Four silent universal casters are fitted at the base, two of which are braked, ensuring smooth movement and stable parking. Stand height is steplessly adjustable so trainers can set panel height according to their own stature. The whiteboard can rotate 360° horizontally and lock at any angle, allowing trainers to swiftly switch writing surfaces across different teaching segments.
In addition, Vwin supplied supporting accessories: 20 magnetic fasteners per whiteboard, four‑colour whiteboard‑marker sets, special erasers and storage trays. Each whiteboard came with a complete accessory kit, so trainers could start using the equipment immediately upon entering any training room.
Delivery and Services
Following sample confirmation, Vwin completed mass production of all units within 22 working days.
Fifteen training rooms with two whiteboards each totalled 30 double‑sided mobile‑stand whiteboards.
Each whiteboard stand was laser‑engraved with the group logo and training‑room number to facilitate unified asset management and inspection tracking.
Goods were shipped by sea to the Port of Hamburg on CIF terms, with Vwin taking full responsibility for insurance and transportation.
